Our Story

We’ve devoted years to designing high quality audio campaigns and effective corporate content for local, regional and national brands. We got our start in local radio, moved to regional and national advertising and then, via direct relationships with our clients and their agencies, have expanded into international music, shows and story-telling projects grounded in all facets of audio.

Finally, since 2008, we’ve also been creating, producing, editing, mixing, mastering and publishing podcasts for creators of all sizes. It started with one local media podcast and exploded from there. Now, we have expanded our facilities, technology and team to bring high-level podcast production services to everyone.

Ryan Drean – Director

Ryan Drean is a successful Voice Actor and Audio Producer based in his Dallas, TX studios. While voicing thousands of campaigns for local, regional national and international companies of all sizes, he has also been working as a commercial, podcast and music producer since 2000. He found his love for podcasts in 2008 and hosted a prominent Voiceover and Audio production themed podcast from 2008 to 2020.

You can purchase the appropriate package (ONE to FIVE packs, SHORT to LONG show lengths) and we will reach out to discuss the production process. Once we have completed our initial consultation, you will only need a dry audio recording of your show. If you haven’t started your show yet you can contact us via the contact form to ask any questions about best practices. We are always happy to help podcasters who are just getting started.

We will send you a custom upload link for your show. This will allow you to post any file type and as many files as you need whenever you want.

When you record the audio for your show it can be saved as a high quality MP3, a WAV, or an AIF for best practices. We do not recommend using video files like MOV or MP4 for an audio project. You can also post PDF, DOC or other text files giving us extra instructions or notes.

We will use the same custom cloud system to deliver your final audio. It will stored for at least 30 days and may be archived up to 90 days.

We include three options for you to choose from based on our initial consultation and your preferences. 99% of the time our podcasters are happy with our selections. If you want to provide your own music or use many different songs during your show, we can direct you to fairly-priced, third party services that have thousands of tracks to choose from.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Simple answer: A device to record on and a quiet space. Best practice is to use a quality microphone and a computer with simple audio software. *We do not recommend using phones or tablets with their built-in microphones.

Long answer: This is a complex question and if you ask ten people you might get ten answers. You can invest in expensive microphones, audio interfaces, audio software and treatment for a permanent recording space. But be very careful not to spend too much too soon. We have helped many podcasters setup home and remote studios on almost every budget size. We are happy to help you get going too. CONTACT us anytime.
